2018 Conference Exhibitor Staff Signup (scroll down)


Dear Annual Conference Exhibitor,

Please take a couple minutes to let us know who will be in charge of, and present, at your exhibit? Remember, exhibitors do not need to register separately as a Conference attendee and pay a registration fee. All exhibitors may bring up to three people to staff their exhibit display. Additional individuals (over 3 people either day), however, will need to register as guests and pay the appropriate fee. While at the Conference you may attend any of the seminars. Breakfast, lunch and refreshments will be provided both days. A social get-together will begin at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday.

IF YOU HAVE NOT ALREADY DONE SO, PLEASE CLICK ON THE LINK AT THE TOP OF THE PAGE TO FURNISH THE NAMES OF ALL THOSE WHO WILL WORK AT YOUR BOOTH. Enter names in the spaces provided and press submit when finished. If you have any difficulty with this questionnaire form, please email your exhibit staff member names to We'll print name tags for your designated booth personnel and have them ready to pick up upon arrival at the registration desk. If we do not know who they are in advance, they will have to register as walk-in guests when they arrive and pay to attend.

All exhibitors will be responsible for the setup and dismantling of their exhibits. Setup may take place during the day on Wednesday, May 9 (8:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.) or at 7:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 10 (one hour before the Conference start). The exhibits are intended to stay open both days of the Conference, 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Thursday and 8 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Friday. Exhibits should not be broken down before then.
